Almaden Valley is home turf for Aqua Flow Plumbing — our shop sits just off Almaden Expressway, which makes Almaden our fastest response area, often under 15 minutes. If you live between the Guadalupe Reservoir and Blossom Hill, chances are we have already worked on your street.

Willow Glen’s tree-lined streets and 1920s–1940s Craftsman and Spanish bungalows are why people move here — and why we spend so much time here. Homes of that era were plumbed with galvanized steel supply lines and clay sewer laterals, both of which are now decades past their design life.

Cambrian’s postwar tract homes — most built in the 1950s and 60s — are some of the most sensible houses in San Jose, but their plumbing is at that awkward age: original galvanized supply pipe nearing failure and cast iron drains rusting rough on the inside, snagging everything that flows by.

Santa Teresa’s 1970s–80s homes climb the foothills, and with elevation comes the neighborhood’s signature plumbing issue: high and variable street pressure. The pressure zones serving the hillsides can push well past 80 PSI, and when a home’s regulator wears out, every fixture downstream starts taking the hit.

Evergreen is younger than most of San Jose — large swaths were built from the 1990s through the 2010s — so the plumbing problems look different: not failing galvanized, but builder-grade components all reaching the end of their 15–25 year life at the same time.
